General Office Building Cleaning Plan

We realize all offices are unique, hence will always have unique cleaning needs. A typical office building cleaning plan will include (but is not limited to) the following:

Vacuuming
Wiping and disinfecting telephones, doorknobs, and light switches
Horizontal surface cleaning
Trash management
Entrance, reception area, and foyer cleaning
Elevator and stair cleaning
Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
Lounge area and kitchen cleaning including countertops, sinks, toasters, microwaves, and refrigerators
Sanitizing of all cleaned areas including walls, sinks, partitions, and restroom fixtures
High dusting
Air conditioning vent cleaning (mostly done on a monthly basis)
Wall and carpet spot and stain removal
Blind cleaning
Carpet cleaning (on request at an additional fee)
